TiGUARD Technologies Suppressor Warranty Policy
Scope of Policy This policy applies exclusively to TiGUARD Technologies suppressors (including the Cipher, Black Out, Zero, and Designator series).
Conditional Lifetime Warranty TiGUARD Technologies guarantees our suppressors against manufacturing defects and structural breakage when used as intended. We stand behind our Titanium construction and engineering. At our sole discretion, we will repair or replace any TiGUARD product found to be defective in materials or workmanship.
Non-Warranty Repairs & Misuse Products that have been modified, neglected, abused, or damaged due to misuse are not covered under warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by improper installation of the Quick Attach system, baffle strikes resulting from loose mounting, or "carbon locking" due to lack of maintenance.
In these instances, TiGUARD Technologies may offer to repair or replace the damaged unit at the customer’s expense.
Liability & Exclusions TiGUARD Technologies assumes no other express or implied warranties beyond those stated here. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

Operator error, full auto fire, or use of forced reset trigger or unsafe handling.

Failure of the host weapon.

Use of defective or improper ammunition.

Modification of the suppressor in anyway.

TiGUARD Technologies expressly disclaims all liability for incidental or consequential damages, including personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from the misuse, modification, or unsafe operation of our products*
Returns -Refunds Policy
- Must be unused
- Must be made within 15 days of purchase.
- Must be new and in original packaging.
- Must be returned and packed in a way that insures against shipping damage.
- Any refund will be given in the same method of original payment.
- You will receive a refund within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Shipping
We ship directly to the FFL you choose for any suppressor purchase. If you are buying anything other than a suppressor we will ship your items to the address you provide. Most items will ship either USPS or UPS. For any questions please email us: Titan@tiguardtechnologies.com
Restrictions: We do not ship to CA, DE, HI, IL, MA, NY, NJ, RI, or Washington D.C., or any other jurisdiction where suppressors are prohibited by law. We also will not ship internationally.
